Worship Leader
Qualifications

- A.T. – Faithful, Accountable, Teachable
- Strong proactive communication skills
- Ideally: Proficient in software programs Microsoft Office, SubSplash, and Fluro and ability to learn and utilize new computer software
- Strong theological knowledge and ability to deliver gospel truths during services
- Instrumental proficiency – strong vocal, musicianship and stage presence
- Skilled in organization, administration and interpersonal relationships
- Demonstrated excellence as a worship leader
Responsibilities
- Reports to: Executive Pastor at GLB
- Maintain an authentic and growing walk with Jesus Christ through the ongoing spiritual disciplines of Bible reading, prayer, personal worship, fasting, confession and fellowship
- Partner with the Executive Pastor in supporting all aspects of the worship ministry at Gracelife Beachside
- Principal worship leader for GLB
- Responsible for recruiting, training and maintaining worship and tech teams
- Direct all weekly activities and rehearsals necessary to facilitate worship at GLB
- Maintain SubSplash and Fluro worship sets including update charts, MP3’s, lyrics, recordings, scheduling musicians etc.
- Lead worship for special events on an as needed basis
- Attend All Staff meetings and functions

Reports to: Executive Pastor
Status: Part-time (10 hrs a week)
Supervisory Role: Yes – will provide oversight and direction to the worship and tech teams at GLB.
Compensation: Based upon experience
