Revere is launching January 12th, 2025, but is a church relaunch from the current church community known as The Father’s House Orange County. With a new senior leader, new staff structure, and new church location (August 2025), we know God is doing something new. 

As we embark on this journey, we are looking for an experienced Executive Pastor to partner with Senior Pastor Bianca Juarez Olthoff in shaping the future of our church.  You will be instrumental in helping us build a dynamic, future-focused church that engages people where they are while leading them towards transformational growth.  

Position Summary: 

The Executive Pastor will serve as a strategic and operational leader, working closely with the Senior Pastor to turn the Senior Pastor’s vision into reality. We are seeking an adaptable and visionary leader who thrives on building something new, particularly in a fast-paced, evolving church environment while able to submit to senior leadership. This individual will spearhead our operations, foster a strong and innovative culture as they oversee staff, and ensure that our approach to ministry puts people at the heart of everything we do. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Partner with the Senior Pastor to define and execute the strategic vision of the church while also collaborating with other senior leadership team members. Lead with clarity, ensuring that operational goals align with the church’s mission, while maintaining a future-forward mindset.
  • Culture & Innovation: Serve as a champion of the church’s culture, fostering an atmosphere of hospitality, creativity, growth and relevance.  Work with the senior pastor to build an operational and leadership model that encourages organization, strategy collaboration, and a relentless focus on creating a welcoming and healthy human experience for both staff, volunteers and attendees.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee and streamline church operations, including staffing, budgeting, and administration, ensuring excellence in execution. Implement scalable systems that enhance our operational efficiency while promoting a healthy and empowering staff culture.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of staff and volunteers. Create pathways for leadership development within the church and invest in the personal and professional growth of your team to ensure a thriving and motivated culture.
  • Congregational Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to engage our current congregation and attract new members. Ensure that every experience, whether a service, event, or digital interaction, is intentional, meaningful, and impactful.
  • Community & Outreach: Position the church as a key player in the local community by building strategic partnerships and leading community engagement efforts that reflect the heart and mission of the church. Create and promote outreach initiatives that resonate with our target audience.
  • Vision Implementation: You will play a pivotal role in change management, helping lead the congregation and staff with clear communication, actionable steps, and a spirit of unity.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years experience leading operations or at the executive level
  • High capacity
  • Ability to manage a team and cultivate their attention to detail
  • Comfortable with multi-tasking and overseeing multiple teams
  • High drive for excellence with a strong mission mindset and heart for people and God’s church
  • Ability to fill in the gap between Senior Pastor’s vision and reality
  • Deep Faith + Passion for Ministry: Your leadership flows from a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. You are passionate about helping others grow spiritually, emotionally, and relationally.
  • Executive Leadership Experience: You’ve successfully led teams and managed operations in a large or complex organizational setting (preferably a mega church). Your expertise includes organizational strategy, operations, and team development.
  • Culture Builder: You understand that culture is the engine that drives any successful organization. You have a track record of fostering innovative, high-energy environments where people feel both valued and challenged.
  • Innovator + Visionary: You thrive in environments of change and growth, constantly looking for new ways to engage people, develop leaders, and make ministry more effective. You’re not afraid to think big, take risks, and lead the church into uncharted territories.
  • People-Centric Leadership: You are passionate about building relationships and believe that ministry starts with genuinely caring for and investing in people. You have a strong pastoral heart, balanced with executive acumen, knowing how to lead both with empathy and strategy.
  • Adaptable + Fun: As someone leading in a rapidly evolving environment, you embrace change with enthusiasm, flexibility, and a sense of humor. You find joy in creativity, new ideas, and building something impactful for the long term.
  • Credentials + Education: Bachelor’s degree (advanced degrees or ministry certifications preferred). A proven track record of leadership in a large church setting is essential.
