Mission: His Mansion Ministries serves a community of people who seek wholeness and spiritual transformation for the body of Christ and progression of His Kingdom.

Ministry Position: Our Senior Leadership Team is looking for a motivated Director of Programs who can take full ownership of the His Mansion Ministries addiction recovery program. Qualified individuals should have previous management experience in addiction recovery operations with the strong ability to develop and lead staff. In addition to managing the day-to-day operations of the program, the Director must also maintain a learning environment focused on developing and retaining a quality team. This position requires someone who is highly organized to ensure daily operational tasks are completed and compliance is maintained while simultaneously fostering a learning environment for his or her team that leads to long-term employee retention. Lastly, the Director of Programs will work closely with the leadership team to ensure the overall well-being and safety of the Residents and Servant Leaders.

The Director of Programs is, first and foremost, a ministry position. He/She is not only responsible for the Resident and Servant Leader programs but for modeling Christ-like behavior and for leading others in further pursuit of a relationship with Jesus Christ through daily life. All employees, including the Director of Programs, are expected to be available to pray with and spiritually guide Residents and Servant Leaders cultivate genuine relationships, and to participate in a regular time of community worship and prayer.

Summary: The Director of Programs leads and maintains the Resident and Servant Leader programs in line with the His Mansion Ministries mission and vision statements.

Job Duties - The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:

Program Leadership:

• Own and develop the programmatic and operational requirements for all program undertakings and the organizational continuum of care in partnership with Senior Leadership Team, Program Team.
• Oversee the development of program components and the ongoing balance of services in concert with other staff and leadership members.
• Ensure all program policies and procedures are routinely followed.
• Provide leadership, vision, development, and direction to the Resident and Servant Leaders.
• Responsible for managing and supervising all Counseling and Program employees.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with leadership and staff.
• Guide, coach, and disciple all program staff according to His Mansion Ministries standards.
• Build strong teams and culture within all programs.
